Informational service

ConstructionCurrent organizes public construction, planning, permit, inspection and related records to make local activity easier to understand. Information may be incomplete, delayed, corrected by the original source, or interpreted differently by different agencies.

Trade intelligence is not a bid award

Source-backed trade labels reflect wording found in public records. “Likely” trade matches are ConstructionCurrent inferences based on project type, description and related evidence. A match does not mean work is open for bid, unawarded, accepting subcontractors, or available to the user.

Verify material decisions

Users are responsible for verifying critical project, permitting, licensing, bidding, schedule and contact information with the authoritative source before relying on it for business, financial, legal, safety or construction decisions.

Accounts and subscriptions

Free and paid features are governed by the plan shown at purchase. Paid plans renew until cancelled through the available billing-management flow. Trials, promotions and annual discounts may have additional conditions displayed at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe when enabled.

Acceptable use

You may use ConstructionCurrent for legitimate research, prospecting and business-development purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse personal information, resell access credentials, or systematically extract the service in a manner intended to reproduce the ConstructionCurrent database or product.

Availability

Public-source systems can fail, change format or become unavailable. ConstructionCurrent may preserve the last known successful snapshot while a source is degraded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every local record will be captured.

Intellectual property

Underlying public records remain subject to their respective source terms. ConstructionCurrent's software, normalized data structures, project relationships, classifications, trade-inference logic, interface and original content are proprietary to ConstructionCurrent and its owners.

Limitation

ConstructionCurrent is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructionCurrent is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on incomplete public records, inferred trade relevance, source outages or missed opportunities.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
