Information we collect

ConstructionCurrent collects information you provide when creating an account, such as your email address, name, company, saved searches and alert preferences. We also record limited product events such as pricing-page views, account creation, saved-search creation and checkout activity so we can operate and improve the service.

Public construction information

The construction, planning, permit and inspection information shown by ConstructionCurrent is derived from public-source records. We preserve source attribution and distinguish source-backed facts from ConstructionCurrent interpretations or inferred trade relevance.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe when billing is enabled. ConstructionCurrent does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Email alerts

When alerts are enabled, ConstructionCurrent may use an email-delivery provider such as Resend to send requested monitoring notifications and account communications. Alert settings can be paused or deleted from your account.

Cookies

ConstructionCurrent uses an essential signed session cookie to keep authenticated users signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the service.

Data retention and security

We retain account and saved-search information while an account remains active or as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and document the service. We use technical controls intended to protect account information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can pause or delete saved searches from your account and opt out of optional product marketing. For account-access or deletion requests, use the contact method published on ConstructionCurrent once customer support is enabled.

Changes

We may update this policy as ConstructionCurrent adds features, providers or jurisdictions. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
